Brothers, Albert and Louie Elizalde, took over the management of the Noriega Hotel, when their mother Grace passed away in 1974. Louie married Janice Miller. They had four children, Rochelle, Linda, Grace and Cindy. When Louie died, Janice took over the Noriega’s daily operations with the help of daughters Rochelle and Linda.
